LearnFlex™ Professional Services

Each implementation of LearnFlex™ requires customized pricing for the configuration, branding, installation, integration, and training services that are required to successfully deploy the solution.

  • Meet on site with a business analyst and project manager to gather the following Phase 1 project requirements: Vision, Scope, and Assumptions; Functional Specifications; LearnFlex™ Configuration Settings; the client Branding Requirements, detailed Project Plan, etc.
  • Documentation and review of all project requirements.
  • Installation and Testing – the web-based learning and information system will be installed and tested by trained Operitel staff.
  • Hosting of the website and learning management system – Operitel will provide hosting services for desired number of users for the new system agreed upon by both parties.
  • Gather business requirements for user data import from HR system. Once requirements are gathered, the system will need to provide the necessary HR data in the agreed upon format.
  • Configure and branding of the client’s version of LearnFlex™ for initial business rules and requirements.
  • Provide a testing and staging environment for the client training staff to assess new functionality, upgrades, and any agreed upon customizations.
  • Provide demo version of solution for the client to review prior to moving into production.
  • Once the system is in production, provide on-site training and orientation of the client administrative staff. Training to include administration and business analysis support for the client to take over ongoing administration of the system. Also included is training on how to use the web based support forum which is tied to the Service Level Agreement.
  • Electronic copies of all LearnFlex™ manuals and white papers for distribution, including: Administrator Manual, User Manual, Instructor Manual, etc.
  • Strategic planning and consulting support for the development of online content, program incentives, competency assessments, organizational adoption activities, etc.
